Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

2. No Show

If the guest does not arrive at the agreed meeting point without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Operator

If Sidemen Tour Guide cancels a tour due to unsafe weather conditions, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, guests may choose either:

• a full refund of the deposit, or
• rescheduling to another available date.

4. Flexibility

We aim to be fair and flexible in all situations and will do our best to find a suitable solution for both parties whenever possible.
