Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Sidemen Tour Guide. By confirming a booking, guests agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed through our official communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp). A booking is considered confirmed once both parties agree on the itinerary, date, number of participants, and payment arrangement.
2. Deposit Payment
A deposit of up to 30% may be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or as otherwise agreed before the tour begins.
3. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the tour. Sidemen Tour Guide is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the activity, except where required by applicable law.
4. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify routes, schedules, or activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or local circumstances beyond our control.
